What if my pants, boots etc don't fit?
The team at Motodeluxe understand that buying clothing and gear online can be tricky, especially given the european sizing of most of our products, so we wanted to let you know that we are here to help!
Wherever possible we aim to advise on any particular fit and/or sizing specifics for the individual products we sell, including size conversion and international sizing equivalents. However we understand that there is a degree of guess work involved, so if an item doesn't fit you like a glove and make you want to jump on your bike straight away then we are more than happy to provide an exhange to get it right!
In accordance with our general returns/exchange policy (see delivery/returns)provided the item is unused and returned in the condition it was received, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund (excluding initial shipping costs)
Before returning the product, please give us a call or send an email so that we can order the correct size and get it out to you asap, then simply send the item in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the invoice to MotoDeluxe Australia within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Motodeluxe will also cover the shipping of the new replacement item out to you. Aren't we great?
