Shipping, Payment & Returns

Payment
We accept the following payment methods. Please note that payment in the form of peanuts or bananas is not acceptable.

- Visa
- Mastercard
- Paypal
- Cheque / Money Order

Credit Cards :: All you have to do is enter your credit card number and expiry date as well as security number (if applicable) at the checkout. All information is received via our 128 bit encrypted secure connection.

Cheque / Money Order :: Also an option for those without a credit card. We prefer bank cheques or money orders although personal cheques will be accepted but will incur a clearance time of up to 3 to 5 working days.

Note :: Do not send the cheque / money order until we have contacted you.

Deliveries / Shipping
At MotoDeluxe we are committed to deliver your order securely and reliably, at the lowest possible price.

Standard delivery for items up to 3kg within Australia is $9.95 via Express Post eParcel and you will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days. Delivery times may vary when an item is out of stock or on back order.

Extra large items or orders over 3kg may incur extra delivery fees. You will be notified immediately if this is the case with your order!

Now Shipping to USA, UK, Canada & New Zealand!
Standard delivery for items (per item) up to 3kg shipping to New Zealand is $24.95 each via Air Express (US, UK & Canada 39.95) and you should receive your order in approximately 10-14 working days. Delivery times may vary when an item is out of stock or on back order. 

Extra large items or orders over 3kg may incur extra delivery fees. You will be notified immediately if this is the case with your order!

Checking Order Status

Our swanky system will automatically inform you of your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order with our team if you email (sales@motodeluxe.com.au) and include your full name and phone number so we can track your order.

Damaged Goods
MotoDeluxe prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.

We take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us, however should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily replace that item or refund its value upon receipt and authentication of fault.

Pricing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10% Goods & Services Tax). If you are an international customer then Australian GST will not apply to your order upon checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Missing / Late Deliveries
For security and reliability every express post parcel carries a bar code which is scanned throughout the delivery process. We are therefore able to track parcels via their tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us for your tracking number and we can instigate a search for your order.

Returns
We here at MotoDeluxe Australia want your online moto shopping experience to be a blast! Therefore if for any reason you are not happy with your order, or it is the wrong model for your ride or doesn’t do or look how we say it is going to, then we are completely happy to provide an exchange or refund (provided the items are unused and returned in the condition they were received). Simply send all returns in original packaging and condition, accompanied by the invoice to MotoDeluxe Australia within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please call or email prior to returning so we can issue you with a return approval number. All goods must be sent via registered/express post only.

Refunds will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer. MotoDeluxe Australia is not responsible for products lost during return shipping. Exchanges should include a self addressed prepaid satchel with the return of the item for the replacement stock to be sent to the customer in.

Availability of Goods
Although we keep many items in stock at any one time we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, shipping delays etc. If an item is to be delayed for any period of time what so ever you will be notified immediately, either by email or phone call and advised of the estimated time of delivery.

Warranty Exchanges
All warranty claims are processed through each individual products manufacturer and is subject to their policies and approval.
